Interiorismo para las nuevas oficinas de Studiogaraje arquitectura. El local a reformar se encuentra en La Zenia – Orihuela Costa (Alicante) y tiene la superficie útil de 75m2. La combinación de materiales industriales implantados con utilización de grandes calidades en sus acabados revela el carácter de Studiogaraje arquitectura.

OFICINAS STUDIOGARAJE.
La actuación se realiza en La Zenia – Orihuela Costa en la Costa Blanca al sureste de España. Situamos el local apenas a 1km del mar en un lugar muy marcado por la presencia de turismo procedente de toda Europa. Disponemos de superficie interior de 80m2 para implantar un nuevo estudio para Studiogaraje Arquitectura.
El negocio formado por arquitectos y diseñadores, dirigido al público tanto nacional como internacional pretende crear esta “tarjeta de presentación” con la implantación de su nuevo studio.
La idea de proyecto reside en diseñarnos un studio a pie de calle. Para ello contamos con un local en planta baja dentro de un centro comercial abierto. Pretendiendo desvincularnos lo máximo posible de dicho centro comercial de la manera más elegante posible, generamos una cinta perimetral retro-iluminada que separe sin lugar a duda a modo de frontera, dónde empieza nuestra intervención y dónde el resto de comerciales, incluso renunciando a nuestra fachada.
La geometría del local en una sola planta de forma rectangular con doble altura y cubierta inclinada nos invita a disfrutar de la altura y desarrollar todo en planta. El local tiene forma alargada con un solo hueco al exterior. El interior se organiza generando espacios con la ayuda de diferentes elementos, mobiliario, etc.
El estilo industrial predomina en los interiores de las oficinas Studiogaraje. La principal diferenciación la podemos encontrar el toque final utilizando materiales en bruto. Hormigón, madera, metal, vidrio, se perciben de manera directa sin prácticamente manipulación.
Cada espacio se diferencia gracias a la utilización de diferentes materialidades. Acero y policarbonato las zonas de trabajo, madera OSB en la sala de reuniones, césped artificial en la zona de descanso..
En la entrada al local podemos observar unos listones de madera pintados que tienen su significado especial. Se han aprovechado todos los palets sobrantes de la obra para llenar un tramo de la pared, cuya superficie posteriormente fue pintada por la artista Ángela Simón Casanova (www.angelascasanova.com)
STUDIOGARAJE OFFICES
The project was carried out in La Zenia – Orihuela Costa on the Costa Blanca in south eastern Spain. The site is situated just 1km from the sea and within an area marked by the presence of tourists from all over Europe. The interior surface area measured 80m within which a new studio for Studiogaraje Architects was to be constructed.
The business composed of architects and interior designers is aimed both at national as well as international clients and hoped to create a “business card” with the launch of its new studio.
The idea for the project came from our desire to design a studio at street level. For this we sourced premises on the ground floor within an open shopping centre. Our aim was to separate ourselves as much as possible from the shopping centre in the most elegant way possible and to do so we created a backlit perimeter line like a border which separates without a doubt where our intervention begins and where the rest of the businesses begin, even sacrificing our facade.
The geometrics of the site on one floor, with a rectangular shape and double height with an inclining roof invited us to enjoy the height and to develop everything on one level. The building has an elongated shape with only one opening to the outside. The interior is organized by generating spaces with the help of different elements and furniture etc.
An industrial style predominates in the office interiors of Studiogaraje. The main differentiation can be found in the finishing touches using materials in their raw form. Concrete, wood, metal and glass are presented directly without their having suffered hardly any manipulation.
Each space is differentiated thanks to the use of different materials; steel and polycarbonate in the work areas, OSB wood in the meeting room and artificial grass in the rest area.
In the entrance to the studio painted wooden strips with a special significance are to be found. All the pallets left over from construction work on the site have been used to fill an entire wall which was then painted by local artist Ángela Simón Casanova (www.angelascasanova.com)
